In-Form is a complete client relationship and service management system for housing and homelessness organisations. This software was built on the Salesforce platform and is a product by Homeless Link, which is a national membership charity for organisations working directly with people who become homeless in England. Homeless Link needed a website to be able to communicate this great product and it's functionality to a wider audience, so it was a honour to be able to support them with our work. Initially In-Form was only mentioned on the Homeless Link website and didn't give a good overview of the product. So we designed a branding that was in line with the Homeless Link brand but helped to make In-Form stand out. Following this new style we created a fully responsive website where information was easy to find at a glance and all benefits of the software listed in a way that's very accessible. The site has a easy to use CMS which enable the client to make changes themselves quickly and efficiently.
