About me

Since graduating from Design Interactions at the Royal College of Art (RCA) in 2007, I have been working as Interaction Designer/UX Designer for different design agencies in London and abroad. My main responsibilities have been to provide user experience design for electronic products and software applications as well as organising and conducting user research in the UK and abroad.

Specifically, my expertise is:

-Creating user experience concepts, interaction models and UI solutions

I use sketching, storyboarding, personas, flow charts, wire frames to visualise interaction models and user journeys and I have experience co-designing with project stakeholders.

-Uncovering user needs and evaluating design solutions with users

I have experience using research methods such as in-context observation using video, ethnography and focus groups and in-depth interviews. Ihave carried out usability testing including recruitment, arranging and moderating usability test sessions in overseas locations. I have created reports containing visual documentation, research findings and design recommendations.
