Working as the directors assistant at Squared Roots Clothing improved my organisational, finance management and customer service skills as it involved;
• Accurately writing invoices on Quickbooks and quickly sending them out to clients
• Maintaining efficient customer service by dealing with enquiries, exchanges and refunds quickly and thoroughly
• Good administration skills as I was independently responsible for managing emails and phone calls with clients
• Avoiding accidents while correctly and safely heat pressing the t-shirts at 160 degrees
