What I needed was an image that was suitable for a hardcover book, classical as well as different from other books in its genre. It is a love story, but unique in its settings and tropes. The rearing horse idea was used for the cover of the eBook and was well-received, so I researched for a photo that was similar to that. The problem was that it was a low-pixel photo and had to be converted. The font, placement, and coloring were all done intentionally.
The font is plain, the background is yellowish, which tones in with the twilight photo, and it is yellow, which is the center of the color spectrum, attracting the eye there but not in an overbearing way. The placement is at the bottom because I want the image of the rearing horse to be the focal point.
