Blakedown Landscapes Operations required a fresh website to replace the one they had used since 2008. The older website didn't have the functionality to easily update with news, case studies and services. In line with the industry demands, it became increasingly important to position the company as competitive and a leader in the field. As such, Blakedown needed a website that showcased their key services, case studies, company news and awards.

As project manager I sourced the freelancer and while working on a tight budget, undertook the management of the design and development of the new website. This involved working closely with the freelancer and also gaining approval of designs from the company directors.

I worked closely with the directors to undertake a complete re-write of the content, source images and update the news content. Following launch, within a year the website had risen significantly in keyword search listings for made the company considerably more visible to their prospects. I regularly researched, wrote, published and promoted news on the website. Social media accounts were created and effectively utilised to promoted the company.
