Global newspaper group Metro International wanted to establish an editorial syndication system across its daily papers in 24 countries worldwide. I developed and launched a pilot, with travel content designed to address our core reader and the needs of editorial and sales teams in all of our markets. I planned a six-month rolling strategic schedule and delivered weekly content designed for translation into multiple languages, managing both staff writers and freelancers. I measured and evaluated content, and improved it through insight and constant dialogue with internal stakeholders internationally. Alongside my core role, I edited special editions and wrote celebrity interviews, travel, motoring and family columns.
