I am a highly motivated, hard working individual who possesses a high sense of professionalism. I actively seek to take on responsibility usually over and above the remit of my role enjoying the challenges associated with it. Always keen to progress both myself and my team I work well on own initiative or as a team player. I enjoy coaching and developing teams whilst actively seeking to learn new skill disciplines with which to broaden my own career offering.

I have a solid practical background in all aspects of creative services management, I pride myself in being able to balance running a very busy studio and managing a permanent team without loosing sight of the strategic business picture and delivery of great creative for our customers.
