Major Practical Project for final year of university. A campaign to regenerate Margate's Ghost Signs, which reflect on its more prosperous era within the early 20th Century.

Ghost signs can be painted, mosaicked or etched onto the side of buildings. They are signs which no longer hold their original purpose, whether old advertisements or tourist attraction signs. Ghost signs are normally in the process of decay, faded and sometimes barely distinguishable. They reflect on past methods of advertising. Ghost signs give a unique insight into the life and soul, which existed in the towns and cities of our past.
