For almost fifteen years, I've enabled brands to better engage their audiences through experience. These interactions ranged from products to service rituals, physical environments to digital platforms. By learning different aspects of brand experience throughout my career, I am able to inform and drive business transformation. My mission is lifestyle optimism, optimisation and personalisation for customers and users. I've shaped effective strategies and designs for over ten leading brands across health, wellness, beauty and fitness. I believe my work as a customer experience strategist, service designer and UX/UI designer can truly impact the human experience. If we ever met, we could discuss how stand-up comedy, offshore sailing and living abroad cultivated my belief that we should always question the default.
