We set out to break through the noise of traditional Christmas ads and social content with a festive (cheese) twist on a classic hit for our client, Lidl . Building on their success with nostalgic song choices—like their viral N-Trance “Ode to Lidl Bakery” cover—we took it up a notch with an unforgettable take on East 17’s Stay Another Day. To make it truly iconic, we even teamed up with one of the original band members, transforming the 90s anthem into a Lidl Plus and foodie-inspired banger. The result? A Christmas campaign that didn’t just spread festive cheer—it had audiences singing along and hitting replay. The viral video grabbed a Shorty Award the following year.
