Inspired a museum visit and a trip to my local bird sanctuary full of inspiring birds, this project was me focusing and studying the forms and characters of theses marvellous animals.

Through doodles, sketches and design plays, I housed my bird exploration onto a twisted tree that caught my attention in an old book about British gardens.

I was able to exhibit my final pieces at local craft fairs and used my designs for prints, printed tea towels and tote bags
