About me

My name is Elsa, I am a French 31 y.o fashion professional but also a yoga addict and die-hard surfer.
I have a five years experience in fashion as both a Product Manager and Buyer with international brands such as Quicksilver Europe or Tally Weijl, a fast fashion brand company that owns about 900 stores in Europe. I also created my own sustainable surfwear brand project : Warec Project.

Through my professional and entrepreneurial experiences, I have consolidated deep technical skills on designing and manufacturing processes from the prototype stage to fitting sessions, fabric sourcing, lab-dips approval and production follow-up with oversea suppliers in both fast and long track. I also traveled to Bengladesh multiple times.
It was through my strengths of organization and collaboration with other teams and departments that I was able to manage the execution of 15+ collections per year, with an average of 50
references per collection.

What makes me a unique product developer and buyer is my 360° vision of a brand and company. My entrepreneurial project, retail experiences and marketing background (reinforced by a recent digital marketing intensive course), made me a very business oriented product developer-buyer. I am also standing for more sustainable and circular solutions in the fashion industry, which is the second most polluting industry.
