I quickly learnt as much as I could about the Nationwide AGM process and identified the key pain points and challenges when it came to engaging the audience. I studied the small print of what it means to be a member, the specifics of the voting process and more, then whittled this all down into a selection of key points. As the information was relatively dry and members had heard it before over the years, I felt that a cheeky and playful approach, combined with an interactive format, would bring new life to this yearly process.
