ABOUT

Background
Google is committed to enabling future generations to engage in and learn more about technology and innovation. They use their stores in and around London as locations to host free classes and workshops. The latest in the series was called Summer Squad and aimed to make coding accessible to 8-14 year olds by teaching basic logic through fun,
interactive activities.

Objective
Attract parents and young people alike to the latest Google education scheme. Communicate the content, timetable and locations as well as the essence of the programme.

Task
Create an identity for Google Summer Squad. It must capture the playful nature of the scheme whilst reflecting the technical and interactivity of the content and be sympathetic to Google’s overarching identity. Apply the identity to a range of collateral including roller banners, booklets, workbooks, t-shirts and badges.
