At first, the tasks that I've been given were very simple and insignificant since I was an intern and I had to deserve the trust of my colleagues. Thus, I've decided to prove my potential and enthusiasm by offering an extra help with easy but highly time-consuming tasks such as product charts designs. As a result, I've gained respect from my colleagues and was allocated to work along with junior and senior designers on catalogue layouts and promotional materials. After a month, I was promoted to guide the production of catalogues for Georgia, Belarus and Mongolia. I was in charge of the whole process including communication with translators, application of the translated text, design of the supporting materials such as additional promotional brochures, and proofreading.
