This café project is inspired by a modern, stylish Estonian woman who cooks with both heritage and innovation: she can serve a comforting dish “just like grandma used to make,” and at the same time whip up a poke bowl with ease. The café is not a retro-hipster stage set, but a genuine cultural bridge — where an Estonian grandmother and her digital-native granddaughter meet around the same table. The atmosphere feels like the kitchen of a well-lived Tallinn home, carried across generations.
