Welcome to The New Age! July 20th, 2019 was the 50th anniversary of the first human landing on the moon. I saw it announced on the news, and something just sparked; suddenly, I had to learn everything I could about space. After countless late nights of research and visiting exhibits in Boston and New York commemorating this American milestone, my inspiration went from “space” to specifically space suits, which are most fascinating to me due to their many functional components. With all the changes going on in the world today, all ages and genders are moving into a more casual and relaxed style, but I feel form should not sacrifice the crucial touches of both function and elegance.
