Dear Mr/Mrs,
I've just seen that there is a job vacancy as a "Junior Web/Graphic Designer" for Feme on creativepool.co.uk and I would like to be considerate for the position.
I believe that my previous experience and skills qualify me for the role: Throughout my studies and my experience as a Freelancer I maturated competences regarding Web Design and Printed artworks; I possess good knowledges about User Experience Design and programming skills (HTML and CSS). I'm proficient with the Adobe creative suite 5 (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver), and CMS (wordpress, joomla); I have good understanding of PHP and Javascript.
I am an ambitious person and I consider myself as a quick learner, I feel that working for your company would not only bring my career to the next level, but it would also be an opportunity to offer my enthusiasm and passion to a dynamic and motivated team.
I'm currently managing the website I created for a new Italian fashion brand of women's accessories called "Macadamia" (link: *). This project has been an opportunity to consider a new perspective for my career: Working as a graphic/web designer within the fashion and beauty industry would be an experience tailored to my aspirations.
I've just completed a three months internship at World Trade Group, an events' company based in London; During this experience where I've joined the design team I've managed tasks such us updating contents of multiple websites, creating animated banners, e-mails and newsletters.
In addition, I'm working since 2011 as a volunteer for a non-profit italian organisation, where I take care of the website's updates (link: *).
