ABOUT

The SAVA School of Surveying is a new surveying school launched in June 2014. The school was created to address the skills shortage in the surveying industry and to allow new blood into the profession.

The brief: to plan and hold a open days and evenings for prospective students.

To ensure the success of these open events, I arranged fortnightly meetings with the sales, marketing and training teams assigning actions where necessary, liaised with surveying firms to confirm guest speakers, and took a lead role in the creation of all marketing materials.

Since June 2014, I have organised four open days and multiple regional open evenings with an average of 25% of attendees going on to enrol on the diploma.
