HelloYes worked with a longstanding recruitment client to create an emotive, innovative group brand – an ecosystem for evolution and growth.

The situation
Kernel is a multi-brand, multi-niche, high quality recruitment group. The leadership team was seeking to unite a series of high-performing recruitment companies, as well as creating a platform for an ambitious programme of acquisitions and expansion. Having already worked with HelloYes on a brand that helped spur 40% year-on-year growth, they came to us for guidance on how to meet the market with a group brand that matched their business objectives.

The solution
Kernel is a progressive recruitment group, working in traditional spaces like finance and corporate law. We crafted a story and visual identity that made a fresh statement, using creativity and warmth to generate a level of connection that sets Kernel apart. We presented the group as a nurturing, ever-evolving ecosystem that fosters the ideal environment of expertise, investment, infrastructure and innovation – in which all partners can grow to become exceptional.
