The Swiss telco, Swisscom, was one of the first to launch an IPTV service in Europe using Microsoft’s Mediaroom. Following a refresh of the Swisscom identity by Moving Brands the brief was to design a user friendly interface for the service and to translate the new brand so that it worked both technically and visually in a richer and more televisual way. I worked with them from the very beginning - from initial planning and developing the best design to actually creating the user interface for launch. I have also developed comprehensive guidelines for the on-going design and management of the service.
