31 The Store opened their doors for business in Cardiff November 2015. It sells mid-high end menswear from a beautiful shop within the hip Morgan Arcade alongside well known prestigious brands.

My brief was to develop something that would hold it’s own amongst others within the Morgan Arcade such as Fred Perry, Bang & Olufsen, Hawkes Essential and Jon Ian.

They wanted a lasting brand that was contemporary, classic, uncomplicated, but had a strong self-assured identity. A brand that reflected their choice of products.

The brand was translated across everything from stationary to bags, inside and outside signage, as well as social media content. A holding page has been created and will be expanded to a full blown website later this year. I designed a teaser animation of the triangle version logo in the form of a neon lightbulb that flickers on to create a memorable impression.
