Concept
The client is a construction company specializing in the production of modular homes. The company needed an informative brochure that would clearly and visually attractively reflect the range of homes it produces. The task was to create a clean and user-friendly design that would help potential customers quickly obtain clear information about the homes. The brochure had to display both the visual solution of the modular homes, as well as their plans and technical specifications, in order to provide a complete insight into the product.

Execution
The brochure design was created with a structured and harmonious layout, using a color palette that matched the company's visual identity. High-quality visualizations and clear data were used to help depict the design, layout and technical details of the homes. Special attention was paid to structuring the information, ensuring that the brochure was not only aesthetically appealing, but also functional and easy to understand. After the design was approved, an accurate print layout was prepared, adhering to all printing standards.

Result
The developed booklet serves as an effective sales and marketing material, helping the company clearly communicate the benefits of its products and attract new customers. The visual quality and usability of the booklet was highly appreciated, and it successfully contributes to the popularization of modular homes in the market.
