Concept

The goal was to create an elegant, modern, and user-friendly website for Guna Jasko, a real estate agent whose visual identity needed to reflect professionalism and trust. The challenge was to structure the content so that potential clients could quickly find property listings, contact information, and visually appealing imagery.

Execution

Designed the full website in Figma, enabling rapid prototyping, easy adjustments, and usability testing.
Based on the client’s preferences, I developed a clean and airy design with generous white space, high-quality photography, and clear text block arrangements.
Created an intuitive navigation menu highlighting the key sections: Property Listings, About, and Contact, with search filters for user convenience.
Applied the client’s preferred color palette to build a warm, trustworthy impression, while avoiding overused real estate clichés (such as excessive house silhouettes or window icons) thanks to competitor analysis.

Results

The “Guna Jasko” website achieves a visual identity that is both professional and aesthetically refined. Users can navigate effortlessly, while the property gallery stands out with clarity and appeal. The client was highly satisfied with how the design strengthens the brand’s image and fosters trust — a crucial factor in the real estate industry. The site is optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
