It is going to be a dystopian series, that plays in the year 2318.

"However, the research institute wasn’t located in the city or near to the institute where I (among others) have spent fifty years in dream state. For safety reasons, it was located in the farthest, wildest part of the island, and very few had permission to take a closer look, or even knew where to find it.

It was called The Black Eye.
It was the beating heart of Utopia, and as such, an enhanced security signing certificate was required to show at each checkpoints."
