Gula is a Spanish tapas restaurant in Valencia. It provides informal dining with a simple and affordable menu, targeting young adults. ‘Gula’ means gluttony in Spanish, gluttony is over indulgence of food and drink and for me can be directly related with a pig, as pigs are known as animals that eat excessively and gain weight. Therefore is seemed appropriate that the branding incorporated elements that are based on the anatomy of the pig.
