Problem
NETSCOUT needed an internal communications solution to unify their approach across their global sales team supporting more than 3,000 customers in over 100 countries.
Solution
Early created a series of highly immersive, interactive Sales Playbooks to simplify the complex propositions. We used value selling principles to improve sales interactions through a forensic understanding of the customer’s needs, whilst simultaneously unifying sales message across all territories. We designed, managed and delivered large scale Sales Kick-off events in multiple international locations.
Outcome
Successfully rolled out to >1,000 colleagues globally.
