Well, this health-themed multi-branded mailing required a concept that was different, relevant and included valuable content that speaks to the customer.

This was brought to life with a ‘notebook’ design. This allowed suppliers the space to throw everything they could at selling, without ruining the idea.

8.8% of those mailed participated and 2% of the coupons have been redeemed. One of the highest achieved for a health-themed mailing such as this one. The best redeeming coupons were on the Healthy Living range and Shredded Wheat.
