Dragon Rouge London

ABOUT

A constant disruptor in the category, InPost has been on a relentless push
to bring more empowerment and control to anyone with a parcel. Their automated send, collect and return services have transformed the parcel services sector and the current demand from customers show no signs
of waning.

At a time when local high streets are struggling to regain footfall, 24/7 out of home options such as lockers provide a smarter, more sustainable solution to meeting the needs of communities across the UK.

The brand now boasts over 5000 lockers across major cities in the UK, meaning nearly half of all residents in London, Birmingham, and Manchester live within a seven-minute walk of an InPost locker. And as automated parcel services play an ever more regular role in our lives, the brand wants to establish itself as the nation’s number one choice.

Our brief was to develop a bold new brand idea for the UK business and
then express that across all their marketing, service and comms channels.
The bold, bright and energetic new identity speaks to an audience in the know and on the go: the playful and adaptive typography brings dynamism and character, ensuring the brand stands out against its more functional,
price-driven competition. InPost’s clever, playful tone of voice is key to brand engagement.

The new identity has been rolled out to all aspects of the service experience with updates to its UK website, App environment, customer messaging and Automated Parcel Machine screens.
