Donald Chesnut is an accomplished executive with a track record of driving revenue and profit results by going beyond traditional Design methods to deliver "Customer Centered Growth" which increases customer loyalty, engagement, and satisfaction while creating tangible, bottom-line transformations for the enterprise. He is currently Chief Design Officer at Candescent, a fintech that provides banking products to millions of consumers via hundreds of banks and credit unions. His other roles have included Chief Experience Officer at both General Motors and Mastercard. He also spent over twenty years in a series of Design leadership roles at Sapient.
