The Challenge
SERIOUSWORK, a leader in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® training, needed a website that reflected its growth and appealed to clients such as Coca-Cola and Google. The old site was difficult to navigate, making it challenging for users to book training sessions.
Strategy and Discovery
We analysed the customer journey to create a site that educates users about LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® while simplifying bookings, prioritising user engagement and clear calls to action.
UX
We enhanced the user experience with animations and strategically placed call-to-action banners, using interactive elements to guide users towards learning more and booking training.
Web Design
The new design features a clean, structured layout inspired by LEGO®, making information easily digestible and appealing to large companies.
Prototyping
Detailed prototypes in Figma showcased the design and interactive features, including an animated map to highlight SERIOUSWORKs global presence and build user trust.
Mobile Responsiveness
The site is fully responsive, ensuring a seamless experience on mobile devices with optimised navigation and content.
Digital Marketing - SEO
We implemented an SEO strategy to improve SERIOUSWORK's online visibility, making their training programmes easily discoverable to drive organic traffic.
Web Development
Built on WordPress, the site integrates tools such as HubSpot and Pipedrive for community management and includes an e-commerce solution for easy training purchases, streamlining the booking process.
