With over 12 years of work experience in the retail industry, I bring extensive international exposure & expertise as a Design Manager having lead both Kidswear and Womenswear during my career, catering to MENA region & shortly in India. Being based in Dubai for over 11 years, living in the heart of this shopping destination, I come with proven design sensibilities of catering to an international audience & multicultural ethnicities. With its largest demographic across women & children, my experience has taught me best practices which help me to be agile via market intelligence and reactive to evolving consumer needs.
