Design an official, executive-level promotional agenda emailer for an online bilateral business session targeting Japanese corporate leaders and stakeholders.

The Design Approach
Cultural & Thematic Visual Anchor: Incorporated a stylized yellow dotted map silhouette of Japan in the header to instantly establish international context and cross-border connectivity. Corporate & Clean Aesthetics: Adopted a crisp corporate layout using deep navy blue, teal, white, and subtle gold accents to maintain a high level of executive professionalism.
