The Digital Recruitment Company is proud to announce the inaugural Young Digital Leader Awards (YDLA.) Taking place in Central London on September 25th, the YDLA seeks to recognise the best young talent working in the UK in the Digital Sector today.  We are working with an expert panel of judges from top digital agencies and client side brands to make these awards a true representation of the talent that exists within the industry today. Judges already confirmed include representation from senior figures at VCCP, Orange, and HSBC amongst others.

The purpose of the awards is to recognise innovative and creative ideas from the best young talent in the industry. We want the awards to serve as a way for young talent at the best companies to be recognised. 

There are 10 categories representing various digital disciplines and we want the winners as well as those shortlisted to inspire the generation below them to embark on a career in the digital sector. We are also working in close partnership with SE1 United to provide job opportunities for young people in the sector. It is becoming increasingly difficult for young people and graduates to land their dream job, the digital sector is relatively new compared to most so there should be a place in the sector for them. Employability is key and we are working closely with companies in the digital industry to provide opportunities for young people to develop.
