Assisting with planning events, from organizing catering to sourcing speakers and furniture for the event. Assisting with personal tasks like calls, emailing,online task and other relevant task. Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinating meetings, organizing appointments, and managing diaries to avoid conflicts and keep the employer on track. Communications: Filtering, screening, and responding to emails, phone calls, and mail on the employer's behalf.
