It is always a special treat to work on jobs that help people. This project included the design and print management of six self-help guides as well as a hefty directory with contacts of mental health professionals. I chose imagery with sombre colours that subtly connected darkness with the break-through of light – invoking the feeling that mental struggles can have a positive solution.

The guides and directory are still widely used by GPs all over East London and have helped many people deal with their conditions.
