Leading Business by Design Summit is Design Council’s largest annual event bringing together manufacturers, business leaders, designers and policymakers. The aim being to explore how new design methods and tools are being used to drive positive change within UK manufacturing businesses and their supply chains.

A simple yet striking identity of a paper plane in flight seeks to convey a feeling of innovation and moving forward. Using a two colour palette of dark grey and bright yellow helped to create event material that spoke to the automotive and aerospace industry audience audience with a dynamic but sophisticated corporate feel.

The design was applied across research reports, posters, vinyl signage, pull-up banners, name badges, wayfinding maps, tote bags and also across digital communications.
