ABOUT

Limitless education, limitless girls. While 57% of U.S. teen girls feel sad or hopeless most of the time, Archer equips girls with the fearlessness, compassion, joy, and resilience they need to pursue their brilliance. We found a classical-modern sweet spot that evokes Archer’s balance of traditional schooling with emerging research-based methods and made the “her” in Archer a platform for emboldening every girl and woman in the world. Now Archer has a limitless brand reflecting its vibrant, sharp, unstoppable, and iterative nature and giving global reach to its uniquely impactful approach.

Archer, a small private school in LA, is now a global voice for girls. The brand promises limitlessness and asserts girls are vibrant, sharp & unstoppable. First, Evergreen & Stone, chiseled type & hand-drawn icons say “classic, prestigious school,” but then, a fresh spin. California colors, dynamic logo, and modern icons pop. Modern turns-of-phrase provoke. From its founding story, Artemis—Greek archer & protector of girls—helms the identity, aiming at a star as every girl does. The “her” in Archer is now a comms platform for emboldening all girls and women.

Since October, success has rippled for Archer. The rebrand graced billboards in Los Angeles & Times Square garnering 2,209,579 impressions, 123% increase in Google searches, 45% increase in web sessions, and reached 16,000+ non-follower accounts. The billboards inspired a fiery thought-piece from a prominent LA blogger that began an online dialogue about girls’ education and the future of private schools. At Archer, every Spring admissions event was max capacity and enrollment rates of accepted students increased. The girls are embracing the intentionally flexible identity—they designed & sold-out 1,000s of units of merch, use the values, purpose, and tagline as affirmations, and made their new headline “study history, then make it” into a content series about historically impactful women. Archer is collaborating with their now limitless brand inside its gates and using it to export their unique impact on girls in ways that can inspire and change the broader world for all girls.
