The Brief
Red7 has 32 years’ experience organising and delivering group travel experiences for hen, stag and birthday parties as well as business and corporate trips.

During this time Red7 had also acquired Eclipse. Both businesses offered the same services, but remained operating under these different brand names.

With the group travel market thriving and an increasing number of competitors emerging, Red7 briefed us to assess the current perception and value of its brand, and suggest ways in which it could strengthen and broaden its offering.

The Strategy
We conducted a thorough audit of the Red7 and Eclipse brand as well as their customers in through an intensive research period. This included company workshops, call listening, customer focus groups as well as a full interrogation of the customer journey.

The result was a new brand approach, working solely under the Red7 name, making them the group activity trip specialist. The new brand positioning would put them as the first port of call for any customer needing to organise a stag do, hen do, 30th, 40th birthday, girlie weekends, lads trips, group family holidays, mixed groups – any organised group activity.

We delivered a new proposition and identity, which comprised of a new website, logo, strapline -‘Serious About Fun’, brand guidelines and collateral for both external and internal audiences.

A new visual identity has also been applied to the interior design of the Red7 offices in Brighton’s North Laine.
