Crow & Co. was founded on a simple premise: brilliant creative work does not require an army of middlemen.
I cut my teeth inside top-tier global agencies, including years as an Art Director at Ogilvy Cape Town, directing integrated campaigns for blue-chip brands across automotive, finance, luxury hospitality, and FMCG.
Over two decades in the industry, I saw how traditional agency models fail their clients: bloated retainers, layers of account managers, slow turnarounds, and creative briefs handed down to junior teams once the contract is signed.
Crow & Co. operates on a different standard: big agency strategic vision delivered with zero agency overhead.
