About me

I'm a qualified competent CAT 2 pressure system inspector and timed serviced mechanical fitter (multi skilled including welding fabrication electrical and machining), apprenticeship. I learned many skills including basic welding, fabrication and electrical work. I also hold NVQ 1/2/3. ONC/BTEC. GNVQ advanced engineering and city & guilds in iron making. And have just completed an NVQ level 4 in business improvement techniques. I have level one in thermal imaging (ITC) and hold a forklift license.
I have completed many courses, including first aid BA training, Hydraulic and pneumatic course in Afan College. PCM, RCM, fluid power, loler, slinging and rigging to name a few.
I have also play an extremely vital part in the MTI (RBI) studies within my department including pressure Systems, compressors, conveyors, dryer systems etc. I am in the process of trying to arrange an IOSH/NEBOSH course to attend; I also conduct lead safe and G8 audits, housekeeping audit, permit audits LAPS audits
