ABOUT

Taking a week from conception to delivery of the final edit this is one of the most frantic but satisfying things I've done.

Started when an old friend told me about a show celebrating Glee she was putting on. I offered to shoot a little promotional material, overnight this blew up into a full promo for a single aimed squarely at the Christmas number one slot. It is of course made for charity 'Shooting Stars Children's Hospice' in this case, so had to beg and borrow everything.

In the end we managed with a crew of ten. Which wasn't really enough to organise 150 children, four snow machines, huskies, eleven cast and around a dozen locations. Still we did it and there is a real sense of satisfaction at achieving something by the skin of your teeth.

Cast and crew were generous to a fault and lovely in every way.

Shot mostly on a couple of Canon 7D's using Zeiss primes, principally the 28mm and 85mm. Edited and graded entirely on my Apple Pro running FCP,
