ABOUT

This is a scale model of a machine manufactured by RAM Spreaders and used in ports and terminals worldwide for lifting shipping containers from vessels. The model is made using a combination of SLA 3D printing (resin), FDM 3D printing (ABS plastic) and traditional model making techniques. The final piece is presented in an acrylic display case.
