ABOUT

This is a brand identity for an established local self employed plumber that needed to take his business to the next level. Early ideas were to show the two main elements of water and fire in a clean and simple way. This then transformed to making his name ironically ‘Waters’ into the iconic feature of the brand mark. The use of san serif typography keeps to the brand idea of a bold and clean style, when transferred to the main advertisement of his van it is easy to see and stands proud against the white. Following this three clean wave lines under the word mark finishes the logo lock up. These waves symbolise free flowing, this subconsciously represents that he will keep you plumbing moving. Limiting the brand colours to white, black and blue further adds to a bold and clean look which suggest his work is neat, tidy and conforms to regulations.
