An expert in packaging development and production issues.
Whether you have a completed concept, or simply the beginnings of an idea and a basic sketch, I love using my long industry experience and 3D CAD skills to bring projects to life, and ultimately, to production. I help and advise the client to consider any compromises, and also to navigate the technical and budgetary consequences along the way.
Working with a broad range of clients and projects
I work on brands from world spanning companies such as Coca Cola, Procter & Gamble, JTI, Britvic, GSK and more, to unique and high value products including their secondary packaging and point of sale. I've worked on many novel concepts that look to push boundaries from improved consumer experience, various types of dispensing, postal delivery, and circular supply chains.

Extensive experience of light weighting packs and improving logistical chains
I can review a client's current SKU's to advise on lightweighting packs, improving pallet fits and production processes to make logistical chains more efficient and so reduce costs.

Knowledge on sustainability, recycling
I can advise and audit a client's current SKU's use of materials and manufacturing methods, to reduce landfill and meet green targets.

Delivering realistic prototypes
I have comprehensive workshop facilities and produce physical and/or working prototypes to help clients compare a concept against its market competition, and for evaluating the design's form and function. This is for all manor of types including, glass, plastic, cardboard, flexible packs (pouches), mechanisms and more. A working prototype of any concept is a powerful selling tool and will often play a significant role in a project moving forward.
