DASH TWO Inglewood

ABOUT

CONCEPT
Blackmagic Design was launching two products at once — DaVinci Resolve 17 and the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro — aimed at filmmakers, editors and content creators. That audience is concentrated in specific neighborhoods rather than spread evenly across a market, which made a targeted street-level format more useful than broadcast-scale outdoor.

EXECUTION
We walked the client through the outdoor formats available, comparing billboards and other traditional media against guerrilla options so they could weigh reach against cost and precision. They chose Wild Posting®. We checked location feasibility and timing with our installers, mapped possible sites, took delivery of artwork, ran print production and installed. The campaign ran 28 days total — 14 for Resolve 17 and 14 for the Pocket Cinema Camera — across Los Angeles and New York City. Placement concentrated where the target demo actually spends time: Venice, Culver City, The Grove, West Hollywood and Hollywood. Post-install, we sent the client photographic proof of every placement plus a full location list.

RESULTS
An average of 11,300 impressions per day across the run, and over 21,000 Instagram likes generated from the campaign creative. Wild Posting® is a more guerrilla format than most clients have worked with — the outcome came from matching format to audience geography rather than buying scale.
