About me

I'm just writing to introduce myself. I have over 5 years experience with almost 3 years working in the Ecommerce Dept at Eurostar as an Information Architect and later a User Experience Manager.

During that time I would gather the functional requirements and then produce wireframes, site maps and flow diagrams, mockups, styleguides, completing several full development cycles seeing large transactional projects from start to finish.

In addition to the deliverables I also produced and managed the user tests for each delivery cycle, coordinating a large user testing group that spanned across the business. I would then liaise with many different teams across the business from senior management to Eurostars' international development team in France to communicate the changes and other future developments on Eurostar.com.
