Kanuka is a specialist loose-leaf tea company based in St Albans; a family run business created by John and Beth
Hesler. I was responsible for the overall look and feel of the brand, which would span across Kanuka’s packaging, signage, website and printed collateral.

Kanuka is worlds apart from your typical English teahouseand it was important that we made that distinction in how
the brand was communicated. The patterns are a visual cue to categorise the different types of tea – Classic, Well-being and Sensual. The tone of the brand is calm and clear which is represented in the design application which combines minimal Japanese inspired pattern design with a modern typeface.
