This project exists as a multi-page, varied format mail piece with a detachable form sheet. As this is an annual project, it was extremely important for me to create something new and fresh each time to retain and grow member engagement at the conference. Each conference is held at a different location so I wanted to encapsulate the thematic spirit of each location. This particular event took place in Florida, USA, so I decided to carry a tropical theme through the event branding through fun color, bold shapes, and aquatic imagery.
