Concept
A portrait commission for designer and creative Amélie Katebi, created as she prepared to launch her own lifestyle brand. The brief was to create a series of portraits that could introduce her as both founder and designer.

Execution
Photographed in Amélie’s own environment, I approached the shoot as an editorial portrait rather than a conventional headshot session. We worked with the existing space, her desk, personal references and objects connected to her creative process, allowing the surroundings to become part of the portrait. My approach was observational, balancing directed compositions with more natural moments.

Results
The final series creates a visual identity that feels personal positioning Amélie within the world she is building rather than separating her from it. The photographs were created for use across her founder profile, social media and the developing visual language of her new brand.
